When making yakitori (Japanese skewered chicken), you can glaze it with this ready-to-use yakitori sauce.

This is a sweetened soy sauce for yakitori and grilled dishes. It includes zarame coarse sugar, so it is more flavorful than the sauces sweetened with normal sugar only. When used for cooking, you can experience its pleasant, roasty aroma.

You can also use this sauce as a seasoning for teriyaki (grilled meat/fish), meatball, sparerib, oyakodon, and mitarashi-dango (rice dumplings with a sweet soy sauce glaze).
