Fundokin Creamy Yuzu Kosho Soy Sauce Based Salad Dressing 270ml

This deliciously addictive dressing combines the refreshing and spicy flavor of yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper) with kabosu juice, soy sauce, and a creamy base.

Fundokin uses their special yuzu kosho blend, an additive-free mix of unripened green yuzu rind, chili peppers and salt. Enhancing the tang of the yuzu is the addition of kabosu juice.

Kabosu is a Japanese citrus commonly used to season fish, sashimi and hot pot. It's closely related to the yuzu but has a sharper flavor and unique fragrance.

All of these great, natural flavors are brought together by Fundokin's own shoyu soy sauce, and the creamy base of the dressing which has a similar texture to an aioli, or a thin mayonnaise. 

Instructions

• Sprinkle on salads, noodle dishes, steamed vegetables or light meats like Shabu Shabu pork, or steamed chicken.
• Can also be used as a dipping sauce.
• Refrigerate after opening.
