This cutting board from Hasegawa is an Antibacterial Rubber Cutting Board with a wooden center. It will keep your knife sharp for longer because the rubber cushion absorbs the blows of your knife. You can use this cutting board for any of your cutting needs, but it is recommended for cutting ingredients that need to be cut delicately like sashimi or thinly sliced meats.

The rubber used for this cutting board is softer than materials used for traditional plastic cutting boards, meaning that your knife is less likely to get damaged.

You can be rest assured that your cutting board will not become moldy or grow bacteria too, because the rubber used for this cutting board is antibacterial.

Along with being antibacterial, this cutting board is extremely easy to clean. However, please do not put this product in the dishwasher.

There are two sizes available: Medium and Large
