Flat cast iron round plate to cook okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancakes) or other food such as yakisoba noodles, steak and eggs.

Compatible with any type of cooktops, including induction heating (IH).

Instructions

Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil on the surface and pre-heat the plate well before putting any ingredient each time.

Hand-wash with a soft sponge and dry before storing in a dry location.

Do not use soap or harsh detergents to wash the pan.
