Morihan Matcha Pudding Mix Professional Use 500g

You can now make your own tasty Matcha pudding easily by just adding hot boiled water to this Morihan Uji Matcha Pudding Mix.

This Pudding Mix is made with Uji Matcha from Morihan, a real tea shop in Uji, Kyoto with more than 180 years of history.

This bag is intended for business or professional use. With 1 bag of this pudding mix, you can make pudding for about 25 people.

Instructions

For about 4 people:

1. Put 80g of the mix into a bowl.
2. Add 250ml of hot boiled water into the bowl and stir well until it dissolves completely.
3. Put the solution we created in the step 2 into any containers or cups, remove the heat, and cool them in the fridge (more than 3 hours) until they set and firm.
