Sekkisei lotion contains a blend of Oriental plant ingredients and wheat embryos oil which helps to prevent skin dullness by enhancing the turnover efficiency. These ingredients also lead you to a bright-toned transparent skin which is essential for better makeup effect.

Instructions

Use this product after your facial cleansing.

Take sufficient amount of the toner into a thick makeup cotton until it gets soaked through, and then apply to your face and the back of your neck in a gentle patting motion.
