The seaweed in this mix has been harvested from many different areas in the Ariake sea, including areas with strong tides, and areas of brackish water, to give extra depth of flavor and texture. The mix includes arare crackers, bonito flakes, and shoyu soy sauce to ensure a perfectly balanced field of flavors to season your rice, tofu or other dishes.
