Tojiro DP Cobalt Chinese Cleaver Knife 225mm F-922

Made by major Japanese knife brand Tojiro, this thick-bladed Chinese knife can easily cut tough objects such as crustacean shells and bones.

This is a Chinese cleaver made for professional use: it can literally cut anything with ease and allows you to comfortably perform a wide range of cutting tasks.

The blade is made from DP cobalt alloy steel and is cladded with 13-chrome stainless steel. As a result, it has both great sharpness and toughness. Its double beveled-design makes it a universal knife.

Made of natural wood, its straight and square handle offers a comfortable gripping feel.
