Instructions

While you can eat these straight from the pack, one of the best ways to truly enjoy dried sweet potato is by heating them, this allows the potato to become softer, and for the sweetness to be enhanced.

Transfer a few slices of hoshi imo onto a plate, cover it with a plastic wrap, and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Microwave for an additional 10 seconds if required.

For those who wish to experience a flaky texture, reminiscent of a baked potato, put the hoshi imo in a toaster oven until it turns golden brown.
